ANALISIS INTEGRASI INFRASTRUKTUR TRANSPORTASI UMUM DAN SEPEDA TERHADAP AKSESIBILITAS PEKERJAAN DI GREATER LONDON
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study assessed the impact of integrating public transport infrastructure and active travel on job accessibility in Greater London, focusing on railway stations, bus stops, cycle parking, and cycle lanes. The main objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of transportation policies in reducing congestion and improving job accessibility. The methodology involved data integration from the Business Register and Employment Survey (BRES) and spatial analysis using QGIS to calculate transport node and job density. The findings revealed that higher transport node density in Inner London contributed to better job accessibility, while Outer London showed lower accessibility. The study concluded that the disparity in transport infrastructure and job distribution in Greater London needs to be addressed through more equitable investment in public transport development and economic growth in areas with low accessibility.
