PANDUAN GURU DIGITAL UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE DENGAN MEDIA SOSIAL

Abstract

            Pandemi COVID-19 secara global telah mengubah cara pembelajaran berlangsung dengan cepat. Siswa lebih tertarik pada media sosial daripada pembelajaran online. Hal ini diperkuat dengan statistik terbaru yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemanfaatan sosial media di seluruh dunia selama wabah COVID-19. Media sosial menjadi alternatif yang menarik bagi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring karena siap pakai dan banyak digunakan oleh siswa. Penggunaan media sosial seharusnya dapat mendorong pembelajaran yang aktif, interaktif, komunikatif, kreatif, dan kolaboratif pada siswa karena mereka sudah terbiasa menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan digital untuk membantu guru dalam merancang pembelajaran online menggunakan media sosial. Penelitian berikut memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dengan tujuan membuat model yang memungkinkan guru mengembangkan pembelajaran daring dengan media sosial dengan menggabungkan dua model, yaitu Model ASSURE dan Model Conley dan Sabo. Penelitian ini berkolaborasi dengan guru-guru sekolah menengah untuk melakukan diskusi kelompok terarah. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan pandangan guru terhadap pedoman digital yang dikembangkan. Keterbatasan kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi menjadi salah satu hal yang menjadi pertimbangan. Panduan digital pembelajaran daring ini memotivasi guru untuk berinovasi di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Panduan digital pembelajaran daring memandu guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran daring di media sosial agar siswa merasa nyaman dalam belajar.
