TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM OPERASIONAL WAREHOUSE DAN LOGISTIK: ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DALAM SUPPLY CHAIN MODERN
Main Article Content
Abstract
Digital transformation in warehouse and logistics operations has become a necessity in modern supply chains. This shift is driven by technological advancements such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and big data analytics, which enhance efficiency, accuracy, and supply chain resilience. This study aims to analyze the development and implementation of digital transformation in warehouses and its impact on supply chain performance. Using a literature review and thematic analysis, this research explores key technologies, implementation challenges, and the effects of digital transformation on warehouse operations. The findings indicate that digital technology adoption can improve inventory accuracy up to 99.5%, accelerate order processing by 40%, and reduce operational costs by 30%. However, challenges such as organizational resistance, limited investment, and system integration complexities remain significant barriers. Therefore, a phased implementation strategy with workforce training and change management is crucial for success. This study recommends a comprehensive transformation approach, emphasizing digital infrastructure development, workforce training, and strategic partnerships to enhance competitiveness in the digital-driven logistics era.
