INOVASI LIMBAH ORGANIK UNTUK PRODUK ECO-ENZYME DALAM MENDUKUNG PROGRAM ZERO WASTE

Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan tentang pengolahan limbah organik rumah tangga menjadi eco-enzyme yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktek pembuatan eco-enzyme. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengolahan sampah organik, memberikan informasi tentang pengertian, proses produksi, dan manfaat eco-enzyme, serta melatih masyarakat untuk mengolah limbah sayur dan buah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari anggota Dawis yang merasa sangat puas dengan program yang dilaksanakan
This community service activity aims to transfer knowledge about the processing of organic household waste into eco-enzyme that can be utilized as fertilizer to improve soil fertility and the surrounding environment. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used were lectures, discussions, question and answer, and practice of making eco-enzyme.The results of the activity showed that this activity could increase public awareness of the importance of organic waste management, provide information about the definition. production process, and benefits of eco-enzyme, and train the community to process vegetable and fruit waste into useful products. This activity received a positive response from members of Dawis RT 4 Tubansari who were very satisfied with the program implemented
