KAJIAN LITERATUR: BURNOUT & STRATEGI PENANGANANNYA

Abstract
Burnout adalah kondisi kelelahan fisik dan emosional yang diakibatkan oleh paparan stres berulang dalam pekerjaan. Kondisi ini sering kali membuat karyawan harus bekerja lebih lama di bawah tekanan tinggi yang pada akhirnya berdampak negatif pada kesehatan serta efektivitas organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan mencari dan menganalisis literatur relevan dari sumber jurnal yang kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Burnout berdampak negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, terutama melalui kelelahan emosional dan penurunan pencapaian pribadi, sementara lingkungan kerja yang adil dan pelatihan kesadaran dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan mengurangi burnout. Kesejahteraan karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan psikologi positif, kebijakan berbasis bukti, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung sehingga produktivitas dan keberlanjutan organisasi dapat ditingkatkan.
