ADOPSI BRANCHLESS SHARIA BANKING UNTUK GENERASI X DENGAN PENDEKATAN TAM (TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL)

Abstract

Generasi X menghadapi dilema dalam mengakses informasi Branchless Sharia Banking akibat banyaknya sumber dan perbedaan literasi digital, di mana mereka di perkotaan lebih adaptif dibandingkan yang di pedesaan dan semi-perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Branchless Sharia Banking untuk Generasi X dengan Pendekatan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif untuk mengkaji fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi manfaat (PU) menjadi faktor utama dalam adopsi layanan ini, meliputi kemudahan akses, efisiensi, keamanan, kepercayaan, dan kesesuaian dengan prinsip syariah. Sementara itu, kemudahan penggunaan (PEU) juga berperan penting, terutama jika layanan mudah diakses, menghemat waktu, dan mendukung aktivitas sehari[1]hari, termasuk ibadah. Sikap Generasi X terhadap Branchless Sharia Banking dipengaruhi oleh manfaat, keamanan, kemudahan, dan kesesuaiannya dengan nilai syariah. Tingkat penggunaan aktual bergantung pada frekuensi penggunaan, akses teknologi, kepercayaan, dukungan syariah, dan pengaruh sosial. Dengan edukasi dan peningkatan literasi digital, adopsi layanan ini berpotensi terus meningkat.
