MODEL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA MELALUI KOPERASI

Abstract
Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui koperasi merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran koperasi dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kasus, dengan fokus pada koperasi di daerah pedesaan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, akses terhadap sumber daya, dan pendapatan ekonomi. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya transparansi, dinamika kekuatan yang tidak seimbang, dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia masih menjadi hambatan utama. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen koperasi, dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, dan kolaborasi antar-pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan koperasi.
