PENGARUH EMPLOYER BRANDING DAN EMPLOYEE RETENTION TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN MAYANGKARA GROUP BLITAR

This research aims to determine the effect employer branding and employee retention to turnover intention LPG Mayangkara group gas agent employee. Employer branding plays an important role in shaping the company's reputation as an attractive place to work for employees, whereas employee retention is an effort made by the company to retain employees, turnover intention refers to an employee's tendency to leave the company.
This research uses quantitative research methods. Sampling was carried out on 126 employees of the Mayangkara group LPG gas agent using purposive sampling technique. The research results show that employer branding and employee retention have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention This can be seen from the sig f value of 0.27 < 0.05. It can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employer branding dan employee retention terhadap turnover intention karyawan agen gas LPG Mayangkara group. Employer branding berperan penting dalam membentuk reputasi perusahaan sebagai tempat bekerja yang menarik bagi karyawan, sedangkan employee retention adalah upaya yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karyawan, turnover intention merujuk pada kecenderungan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap 126 karyawan agen gas LPG mayangkara group dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer branding dan employee retention berpengaruh secara simultan pada turnover intention hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai sig f 0,27 < 0,05. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak.
