MICROLEARNING SEBAGAI SOLUSI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN DI ERA INFORMASI YANG CEPAT BERUBAH

Abstract
Di era informasi yang cepat berubah, pengembangan kompetensi karyawan menjadi krusial bagi perusahaan agar tetap kompetitif. Namun, metode pembelajaran tradisional sering kali tidak mampu mengimbangi perubahan yang cepat ini. Microlearning muncul sebagai solusi inovatif, di mana konten pembelajaran disajikan dalam bentuk singkat, fokus, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas microlearning dalam pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, dengan menyoroti kelebihan metode ini dalam hal fleksibilitas waktu, adaptabilitas terhadap kebutuhan belajar individu, serta kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan retensi informasi. Berdasarkan kajian literatur dan studi kasus penerapan di berbagai perusahaan, ditemukan bahwa microlearning dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan, terutama di industri yang bergerak dinamis.
