ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA UMKM AYAM GEPREK MASBOY MENGGUNAKAN SWOT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko pada UMKM Ayam Geprek Masboy dengan menggunakan metode SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kekuatan utama UMKM ini terletak pada kualitas produk dan harga yang terjangkau. Namun, kelemahan yang ditemukan berupa keterbatasan modal dan promosi. Peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah tren makanan cepat saji dan kolaborasi dengan aplikasi pesan antar. Ancaman yang dihadapi meliputi persaingan ketat dan kenaikan harga bahan baku. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk mengurangi risiko dan memaksimalkan potensi usaha.
This research aims to analyze risk management at the Ayam Geprek Masboy using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method. This method is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect the sustainability of the business. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the main strength of this SME lies in the quality of the product and its affordable price. However, the identified weaknesses include limited capital and promotion. The opportunities that can be leveraged are the fast-food trend and collaboration with delivery service applications. The threats faced include tight competition and rising raw material prices. Recommendations are provided to mitigate risks and maximize the business's potential.
