Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peluang karir karyawan Generasi Milenial pada perusahaan Start-up, menganalisis faktor-faktor peluang keputusan karir karyawan Generasi Milenial yang bekerja pada perusahaan Start-up dan merumuskan strategi peningkatan keberhasilan karir yang sesuai dengan karakteristik karyawan Generasi Milenial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari BPS dan IDN Research Institute. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen talent bagi karyawan Generasi Milenial bertujuan guna pelatihan yang terstruktur dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan motivasi generasi milenial. Analisis faktor yang dirasakan oleh generasi milenial dalam memilih pekerjaan, yaitu : gaji, jam kerja, minat kerja, dan karir.
