PENGARUH EMOSI PEKERJA PADA SIKAP PEGAWAI DI ORGANISASI

Abstract
Artikel ini membahas tentang pengaruh emosi dan suasana hati terhadap kinerja pegawai di organisasi. Pentingnya kerja emosional dan emosi di tempat kerja sangat berpengaruh pada emosi positif dan emosi negatif pada diri seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari emosi positif dan emosi negatif terhadap sikap pegawai yang mencakup kepuasan kerja, komitmen, hubungan antar pegawai, dan kinerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review, artikel ini telah melakukan tinjauan pustaka dengan mencari dan membandingkan dengan artikel-artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa emosi positif berdampak baik pada sikap pegawai karena dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, komitmen, kerja sama antar tim dan kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, emosi negatif berdampak buruk karena dapat menurunkan sikap-sikap para pegawai. Emosi sangat berpengaruh pada sikap dan kerja pegawai. Oleh sebab itu, seorang pegawai harus bisa mengelola emosi dengan baik agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif.
