PENGELOLAAN SDM DALAM ORGANISASI MULTIGENERASI

Abstract
Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen kunci dalam kesuksesan organisasi, terutama dalam konteks dunia kerja yang multigenerasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dalam menjembatani perbedaan antar generasi di lingkungan kerja. Empat kelompok generasi yang berinteraksi saat ini—Baby Boomers, Generasi X, Generasi Y, dan Generasi Z—memiliki karakteristik, nilai, dan harapan yang berbeda, yang dapat menimbulkan tantangan dalam kolaborasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang dalam manajemen SDM multigenerasi, serta mengusulkan strategi inklusif yang mencakup pengelolaan komunikasi, pembelajaran, motivasi, dan kolaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan SDM yang adaptif dan fleksibel sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan harmonis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi HR untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan SDM di era multigenerasi.
