PERAN SHOPEE SEBAGAI PLATFORM UNGGULAN DALAM MENGOPTIMALKAN STRATEGI PROMOSI DAN PENJUALAN PRODUK

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana Shopee sebuah platform e-commerce terkemuka, meningkatkan promosi produk dan taktik penjualan. Penekanan diberikan pada fitur-fitur utama Shopee yang meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan dan upaya promosi bagi para penjual. Wawasan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan cara-cara di mana teknologi dan strategi digital yang digunakan di Shopee dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fitur Shopee Ads memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah pengunjung toko dan konversi pembelian. Fitur Shopee Live juga memberikan peluang bagi penjual untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka, yang berujung pada peningkatan penjualan.
The purpose of this study is to examine how Shopee is a leading e-commerce platform, increasing product promotions and sales tactics. Penekanan is offered on Shopee's primary features, which increase sales efficiency and promotional activity for sellers. It is hoped that the findings of this study will clarify the ways in which Shopee's use of digital strategies and technology might increase product sales. The analysis's findings indicate that Shopee Ads' features have a significant impact on the number of customers and sales conversions. Additionally, Shopee Live gives sellers the opportunity to engage with customers in a continuous manner and increase their level of satisfaction, which contributes to the growth of sales.
