Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan penerapan Notion sebagai project management tool dalam organisasi berbasis teknologi informasi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fitur utama Notion, seperti integrasi manajemen tugas, dokumentasi, dan kolaborasi tim dalam satu platform. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Notion memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan informasi dan efisiensi kolaborasi lintas tim. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti kebutuhan pelatihan pengguna baru dan kompleksitas fitur bagi pengguna non-teknis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Notion adalah alat yang fleksibel dan serbaguna untuk mendukung produktivitas organisasi berbasis teknologi informasi.
