FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT STRES KERJA KARYAWAN DI LINGKUNGAN PERKANTORAN: PENDEKATAN KUANTITATIF

Abstract
Stres kerja merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh karyawan di lingkungan perkantoran dan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan serta produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat stres kerja karyawan di perkantoran, dengan fokus pada beban kerja, ketidakjelasan peran, dan dukungan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda, yang melibatkan sampel acak dari 100 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja yang berlebihan, ketidakjelasan peran, serta kurangnya dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja dan atasan. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital turut menambah tekanan dengan menciptakan ketidakseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar organisasi mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang, memperjelas peran karyawan, dan meningkatkan dukungan sosial untuk mengurangi stres kerja.
