Abstract
Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa banyak perubahan di dunia kerja, khususnya di bidang Akuntansi. Perubahan ini menuntut mahasiswa Akuntansi untuk siap berdaptasi dengan teknologi baru dan cara kerja yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana mahasiswa Akuntansi telah siap untuk menghadapi transformasi profesi akuntansi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Dalam penelitian ini, kami menganalisis data yang kami peroleh untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa, seperti kurikulum yang diajarkan, pelatihan teknologi yang diberikan, lalu sikap mahasiswa terhadap perubahan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa akuntansi yang masih perlu meningkatkan kesiapan mereka untuk menghadapi perubahan dalam profesi. Beberapa faktor, seperti pemahaman tentang teknologi dan dukungan dari institusi pendidikan, dan sangat penting dalam membantu mahasiswa beradaptasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi institusi pendidikan untuk merancang program yang lebih baik dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa Akuntansi untuk menghadapi tantang di era digital. Dengan demikikan, Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan Akuntansi dan dapat membantu mahasiswa menjadi lulusan yang lebih siap bersaing pada dunia kerja.
