EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK DISKUSI MELALUI MEDIA MIND MAPPING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMATANGAN KARIR SMK NEGERI 15 SAMARINDA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas teknik diskusi dengan media mind mapping dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda. Berdasarkan AKPD, 39% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam perencanaan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri dari 6 siswa dengan kematangan karir rendah, dipilih secara purposive sampling. Setelah 4 sesi bimbingan kelompok, skor pretest rata-rata 117,8 meningkat menjadi 134 setelah posttest. Uji-t menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,005 < 0,05, menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan. Dengan demikian, teknik ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa``````.
