Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan aplikasi Microsoft Office bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan
guru dalam menngunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah penyampain materi (Ceramah) dan praktik langsung, yang Dimana
memungkinkan peserta untuk memahami konsep dasar sekaligus menerapkanya dalam tugas sehari-hari, Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru dalam mengolah data, serta menyusun materi ajar yang lebih interaktif. Selain itu, antusiasme dan partisipasi
aktif peserta menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbasis
teknologi. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti perbedaan
tingkat pemahaman peserta dan keterbatasan fasilitas, pelatihan ini tetap berhasil memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan guru menghadapi era digital. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan
diperlukan untuk memastikan penerapan keterampilan secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran.
Community service activities in the form of Microsoft Office application training aim to improve teacher skills in using
Microsoft Office applications. The implementation method used in this training is the delivery of material (Lectures) and direct practice, which allows participants to understand basic concepts
and apply them in daily tasks. The results of the training show that there is a significant increase in teachers' ability to process data, as well as compile more interactive teaching materials. In
addition, the enthusiasm and active participation of participants show that this training is relevant to their needs in supporting technology-based learning. Despite challenges such as
differences in participants' levels of understanding and limited facilities, this training still managed to provide significant benefits in improving teacher readiness to face the digital era.
Therefore, further training and ongoing mentoring are needed to ensure optimal application of skills in the learning process.
