Abstract
Program Kampus Mengajar adalah sebuah program yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) Republik Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah yang tertinggal yang ada di wilayah Indonesia. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Study Pusataka dan Observasi dengan terjun langsung ke sekolah SMP Attaufiqiyyah Baros dengan membuat laporan dan video sebagai bukti keaktifan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan program kampus mengajar. Hasil penelitian ini, dapat di rekomendasikan sebagai alternatif model pengemebangan pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan Soft Skill di luar perkuliahan, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya dengan terjun langsung dalam dunia pendidikan di sekolah.
