Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keefektifitasan strategi pengelolaan penelitian tenaga pendidikan di konteks pendidikan modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan subjek tentang situasi dan data secara nyata yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis studi literatur. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang sejauh mana keefektifitasan strategi yang digunakan pada aspek pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di konteks pendidikan modern. Kunci keberhasilan pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terletak pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan individual peserta didik, integrasi teknologi, pendidikan yang canggih, pengembangan profesionalisme serta adanya kolaborasi antar semua pihak yang terlibat.
