IDENTIFIKASI KEBUTUHAN PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract
Jurnal ini membahas proses identifikasi kebutuhan pembelajaran sebagai landasan untuk pengembangan program pendidikan yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi metode identifikasi kebutuhan yang dapat mengakomodasi perbedaan individual dan kelompok dalam konteks pendidikan. Metodologi penelitian mencakup survei kebutuhan, analisis data, dan konsultasi dengan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menguraikan kebutuhan utama yang diidentifikasi, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik. Implikasi temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih terpersonal dan relevan.
