Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi di sektor pendidikan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Sebab dan akibat dari dari tindak pidana korupsi kian mengkhawatirkan dengan semakin banyak kasus tindak pidana korupsi berarti semakin banyak pula yang di rugikan diantaranya negara dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pembaca dapat memberikan dorongan antara individu satu dengan individu lainnya untuk saling menjaga dan melindungi bangsa serta negara dari tindak pidana korupsi salah satunya membantu mengsukseskan pendidikan anti korupsi.
