Abstract
Proses pembelajaran pada hakikatnya merupakan proses yang diatur dan disusun sedemikian rupa sesuai langkah-langkah tertentu sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya dapat mencapai hasil yang diharapkan dan kompetensi dasar dapat dicapai secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, seorang guru yang profesional harus mampu menjadi inovator dan adaptor dari hasil inovasi agar siswa memiliki pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan efektif. Seorang guru mampu menguasai segala bentuk komunikasi guna dalam proses pembelajaran siswa menjadi lebih aktif. Wawasan seorang guru haruslah luas dan terus berkembang, agar bisa menciptakan ide-ide atau gagasan baru tentang dunia pendidikan, sehingga bidang pendidikan di Indonesia selalu berjalan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.
