MENGIDENTIFIKASI KARAKTERISTIK DAN PERILAKU AWAL PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN CIPETE 2

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku dan karakteristik awal peserta didik dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan keragaman dalam kemampuan pemahaman pelajaran dan perilaku siswa di dalam dan di luar kelas. Faktor luar, seperti dukungan orang tua dan pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat, juga memengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Pendekatan identifikasi perilaku dan karakteristik awal siswa membantu pengajar menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran, memastikan instruksi lebih efektif dan relevan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengenalan karakteristik siswa sebelum memulai program pembelajaran untuk memastikan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tingkat keterampilan awal siswa.
