Abstract
Implementasi, evaluasi sumatif, dan difusi inovasi merupakan konsep-konsep kunci dalam konteks pengembangan dan penerapan solusi inovatif dalam berbagai bidang. Implementasi mencakup langkah-langkah konkrit untuk menerapkan suatu inovasi, sementara evaluasi sumatif bertujuan untuk menilai dampak keseluruhan dari implementasi tersebut. Difusi inovasi, di sisi lain, mengacu pada penyebaran dan adopsi inovasi oleh komunitas atau organisasi.
