Abstract
Tujuan instruksional dalam pendidikan menjadi panduan guru merancang pembelajaran. Definisi tujuan oleh Magner, Dejnozka, dan Percival memberi landasan bagi strategi pembelajaran, pemilihan media, dan evaluasi. Di Indonesia, guru dituntut menyadari tujuan pengajaran sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan dibagi menjadi umum (TIU) dan khusus (TIK), mengukur perubahan internal dan terukur. Klasifikasi tujuan berdasarkan perilaku internal (kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik) menggunakan rumus ABCD. Merumuskan TIK melibatkan langkah-langkah dan kata kerja operasional. Pendekatan Keterampilan Proses (PKP) memperkuat aspek keterampilan siswa, dengan TU umum mencakup materi, perilaku, dan proses pembelajaran.
