Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Madrasah Digital di Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan Madrasah Digital di Kabupaten Ngawi telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ada. Implementasi kebijakan ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu komunikasi yang baik, sumber daya yang memadai, disposisi yang positif dari pelaksana kebijakan, dan struktur birokrasi yang jelas.
