Abstract
Interaksi social merupakan dasar proses sosial yang terjadi karena adanya hubungan sosial dinamis, mencakup hubungan antarindividu, antarkelompok, atau antara individu dan kelompok. Semua manusia pasti penah mengalami interaksi, karena pada hakikatnya manusia merupakan makhluk social. Di dunia ini terdapat 8 milyar manusia yang tersebar di berbagai Negara, oleh karena itu dari milyaran manusia di bumi pasti memiliki keragaman di antara manusia di wilayah yang berbeda-beda. perbedaan latar belakang dalam suatu wilayah disebut sebagai masyarakat multicultural, yaitu masyarakat yang dialamnya terdapat perbedaan latar belakang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana interaksi antara manusia di masyarakat yang didalamnya terdapat perbedaan latar belakang (multicultural).
