FAKTOR PENYEBAB DAN STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENGATASI SISWA LAMBAN BELAJAR (SLOW LEARNER)

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan mengenai faktor yang menyebabkan siswa menjadi lamban belajar dan strategi guru dalam mengatasi siswa tersebut. Faktor tersebut akan berfokus pada faktor lingkungan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan berpengaruh pada perkembangan siswa dan dapat mmemunculkan faktor penyebab siswa lamban belajar. Faktor lingkungan tersebut ada 3, yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, dan sekolah. Strategi guru dalam mengatasi siswa lamban belajar ada 2, yaitu yaitu cara mengajar dan cara guru dalam bersikap.
