PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE PREVIEW QUESTION READ REFLECT RECITE REVIEW (PQ4R) BERBANTUAN MEDIA DIGITAL LIBRARY TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN TEKS NARATIF

Abstract
Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman dalam proses pembelajaran siswa. Kendati demikian, seringkali siswa menghadapi tantangan yang mengganggu konsentrasi mereka dalam memahami teks, serta dapat mengurangi minat mereka dalam membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperiment Nonequivalent Control Group Design untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. PQ4R, didukung oleh media digital library, terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa dalam teks naratif dibandingkan dengan metode CIRC yang diterapkan pada kelompok kontrol. Hasil ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dengan durasi yang lebih panjang serta eksplorasi pendekatan lain untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa.
