SINERGI ANTARA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN KEGIATAN OSIS DALAM INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AGAMA PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 5 GOWA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergi antara guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan kegiatan OSIS dalam upaya menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama pada siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Gowa. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah: (1) Bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam mendukung OSIS untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama pada siswa? dan (2) Bagaimana kegiatan OSIS dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa?
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI, pengurus OSIS, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antara peran guru PAI dan kegiatan OSIS dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memainkan peran kunci dalam mendukung OSIS melalui bimbingan, pengawasan, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan OSIS. Guru PAI juga membantu merancang program-program OSIS yang fokus pada pengembangan spiritual siswa, sehingga nilai-nilai agama dapat diinternalisasi dengan baik. Kegiatan OSIS seperti pengajian, diskusi keagamaan, dan aksi sosial keagamaan terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran agama. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara guru PAI dan OSIS merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa, memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai agama dipraktikkan dalam interaksi sehari-hari dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan agama yang holistik.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the synergy between Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers and the Student Organization (OSIS) in efforts to internalize religious values among students at SMA Negeri 5 Gowa. The research addresses the following questions: (1) What is the role of IRE teachers in supporting OSIS to internalize religious values among students? and (2) How do OSIS activities contribute to internalizing religious values in students' daily lives?
The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving IRE teachers, OSIS administrators, and students. Data analysis was conducted by identifying patterns and relationships between the roles of IRE teachers and OSIS activities in the process of internalizing religious values.
The results indicate that IRE teachers play a crucial role in supporting OSIS through guidance, supervision, and active participation in OSIS’s religious activities. They also assist in designing OSIS programs focused on the spiritual development of students, ensuring effective internalization of religious values. OSIS activities such as religious lectures, discussions, and social actions have proven effective in helping students understand and practice religious teachings. In conclusion, the synergy between IRE teachers and OSIS is a key factor in shaping students' religious character, ensuring that religious values are practiced in daily interactions, and achieving a holistic educational goal.
