PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PUTRI DI PESANTREN DARUNNAJAH 2 CIPINING

Abstract
Keterlibatan dan kinerja guru dalam dunia pendidikan dapat meningkatkan nilai kualitas dan kuantitas bagi lembaga pendidikan. Dimana kinerjanya dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang merupakan tindakan ekstra peran yang tidak diwajibkan tetapi bergantung kepada tindakan sukarela. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Guru Putri Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining dengan sampel sebanyak 43 guru, menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Peneliti mendapat data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan bentuk Skala Likert. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan cukup signifikan terhadap kinerja guru putri di Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining.
