PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MICRO TEACHING UNTUK MELATIH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL CALON GURU

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar micro teaching yang efektif dalam melatih kompetensi profesional calon guru. Kompetensi profesional calon guru meliputi bahasa kemampuan menguasai materi, penerapan strategi pembelajaran, dan manajemen kelas dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yakni Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Tahapan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis yang melibatkan calon guru, rancang sebuah bahan ajar, validasi yang pertama kali yang berisi 1) pemberian penjelasan mengenai penelitian, 2) penyajian bentuk bahan ajar hasil internasional, 3) pengisian kuesioner, dan 4) wawancara. Tahap selanjutnya adalah uji coba pada lingkungan sekitar. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa alokasi sibahasa bahan ajar micro teaching yang efektif dalam melatih kemampuan profesional calon guru. Alokasi bahasa yang dibuat berisi keterampilan asesmen pengelolaan nikah dan pada perangkat lunak yang digunakan MockitoAsserts dapat meningkat baik dengan perlindungan medias jika pembelajaran dilakukan hari. Alokasi bahan ajar ini dinyatakan valid dan reliabel berdasarkan penilaian dari para ahli dan pengguna.
The purpose of this study is to develop effective micro teaching materials in training the professional competence of prospective teachers. The professional competence of prospective teachers includes language, the ability to master the material, the application of learning strategies, and good classroom management. The method used in this study is Research and Development and uses the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The stages in the study are analysis involving prospective teachers, designing teaching materials, the first validation which contains 1) providing an explanation of the research, 2) presenting the form of international teaching materials, 3) filling out questionnaires, and 4) interviews. The next stage is a trial in the surrounding environment. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the allocation of language for effective micro teaching materials in training the professional abilities of prospective teachers. The allocation of language made contains marriage management assessment skills and the software used MockitoAsserts can improve well with media protection if learning is carried out daily. The allocation of this teaching material is declared valid and reliable based on assessments from experts and users.
