HAKIKAT PEMBELAJARAN MIKRO

Abstract
Keterampilan untuk mengelola kelas secara efektif adalah bagian terpenting dalam proses pembelajaran. Manajemen yang baik dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dapat menarik minat siswa, dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan dalam ruang lingkup sekolah dengan berfokus pada wawasan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam mengelola kelas. Metodologi penelitian ini bergantung pada pendekatan berbasis perpustakaan, atau "penelitian perpustakaan," sementara pengumpulan data melibatkan pencarian jurnal, buku, dan sumber daya lain yang dianggap relevan dengan penelitian ini. Beberapa jurnal dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan topik dikutip untuk mendukung klaim bahwa keterampilan mengajar yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
The skills to manage the classroom effectively are the most important part of the learning process. Good management creates a learning environment that can attract student interest and can improve the quality of education. This research aims to improve the quality of education within the scope of the school by focusing on insight and understanding as well as the skills that a teacher must have in managing the classroom. This research methodology relies on a library-based approach, or “library research,” while data collection involves searching journals, books, and other resources deemed relevant to the research. Several journals and other sources relevant to the topic cited support the claim that good teaching skills can improve the quality of education.
