DAMPAK SEKOLAH ONLINE SELAMA PANDEMI

Abstract
Proposal ini membahas dampak sekolah online selama pandemi COVID-19, yang mengubah paradigma pendidikan secara mendasar. Dengan penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh, banyak siswa, guru, dan orang tua menghadapi tantangan baru. Salah satu dampak utama adalah kesenjangan digital; tidak semua siswa memiliki akses yang sama ke perangkat dan internet, sehingga menciptakan ketidaksetaraan dalam pendidikan. Selain itu, proses belajar mengajar menjadi kurang interaktif, mengurangi keterlibatan siswa dan mempengaruhi pemahaman materi. Dari segi psikologis, banyak siswa mengalami stres dan kecemasan akibat isolasi sosial dan perubahan rutinitas. Interaksi sosial yang terbatas berdampak pada perkembangan sosial-emotional siswa. Di sisi positif, sekolah online juga mendorong inovasi dalam metode pengajaran dan penggunaan teknologi, memberi kesempatan bagi guru untuk mengeksplorasi alat digital yang meningkatkan pembelajaran. Proposal ini mengusulkan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi solusi yang efektif, seperti pelatihan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi dan peningkatan aksesibilitas bagi siswa. Dengan memahami dampak ini, diharapkan dapat diambil langkah-langkah strategis untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan di masa depan, menjadikannya lebih inklusif dan adaptif terhadap tantangan yang ada.
This proposal addresses the impact of online schools during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has fundamentally changed the educational paradigm. With the implementation of distance learning, many students, teachers and parents are facing new challenges. One of the main impacts is digital imbalance; not all students have the same access to devices and the internet, giving rise to inequalities in education. In addition, the teaching and learning process becomes less interactive, reducing student interaction and affecting understanding of the material. From a psychological perspective, many students experience stress and anxiety due to social isolation and changes in routine. Limited social interaction has an impact on students' social-emotional development. On the positive side, online schools also encourage innovation in teaching methods and use of technology, providing opportunities for teachers to explore digital tools that enhance learning. This proposal proposes further research to identify effective solutions, such as training teachers in using technology and improving accessibility for students. By understanding this impact, it is hoped that strategic steps can be taken to improve the education system in the future, making it more inclusive and adaptive to existing challenges.
