HUBUNGAN PERENCANAAN INDIVIDUAL DENGAN PEMAHAMAN KARIR PADA PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 4 PONTIANAK

Abstract
Perencanaan individual bertujuan sebagai bantuan pada peserta didik dalam merumuskan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan masa depan. Peserta didik yang diberikan informasi tentang pemahaman karir dapat mewujudkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam karir. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah penelitian, maka tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan perencanaan individual dengan pemahaman karir di SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan informasi statistika. Berdasarkan pembahasan diatas,maka dapat disimpulkanbahwa mengenai hasil dari nilai korelasi antara perencanaan individual dengan pemahaman karir, yaitu sebesar 0.617, sehingga terdapatnya hubungan antara perencanaan individual dengan pemahaman karir pada peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak.
