PLATFORM MERDEKA MENGAJAR: SOLUSI MANJUR MERENCANAKAN PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DI SD

Pendidik menduduki peran penting guna meyukseskan suatu kurikulum berjalan dengan baik. Berjalan atau tidaknya sebuah kurikulum yang diimplementasikan dalam lembaga pendidikan tergantung kecakapan dan kemampuan seorang pendidik dalam memahami kurikulum yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan ketidaksiapan pendidik dalam merencanakan pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Terdapat tiga macam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Semanggi Kidul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya perencanaan pembelajaran ini mengacu pada situasi di mana pendidik tidak melakukan persiapan yang matang dan terstruktur sebelum melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) menyediakan solusi untuk pendidik dalam mendapatkan referensi, inspirasi, dan memperkuat pemahaman serta mempertajam keterampilan pendidik dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD.

Abstract
Educators play an important role in ensuring that a curriculum runs well. Whether or not a curriculum implemented in an educational institution works depends on the skills and abilities of an educator in understanding the applicable curriculum. This research aims to solve the problem of educators' unpreparedness in planning learning, especially in Pancasila Education subjects in elementary schools. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Four types of data collection techniques are used: observation, interviews, documentation, and combination. The research results show that this lack of learning planning refers to educators not making thorough and structured preparations before carrying out the learning process. Therefore, the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) provides solutions for educators in getting references, inspiration, and strengthening understanding and sharpening educators' skills in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.
