PENGARUH UJIAN MICRO TEACHING DAN PRAKTIK KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR (PKM) TERHADAP KESIAPAN MAHASISWA MENJADI GURU PROFESIONAL

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh ujian micro teaching dan Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru profesional. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasional digunakan pada 42 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021 sebagai sampel. Instrumen berupa kuesioner Skala Likert telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa PKM memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa, sementara ujian micro teaching tidak memberikan dampak signifikan. Kombinasi kedua variabel menjelaskan 100% variasi kesiapan mahasiswa. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pengalaman praktik dalam membangun kompetensi profesional calon guru. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan kualitas dan durasi PKM, serta pengembangan program micro teaching yang lebih realistis untuk menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran modern.
