PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN PROSES PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI KELAS 5 SD

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses dalam pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas 5 SD. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendekatan ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber seperti buku dan jurnal dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan keterampilan proses meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep IPS serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini juga mengusulkan solusi atas tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapan metode ini.
This study aims to measure the effectiveness of applying the process skills approach in Social Studies learning for 5th-grade elementary school students. Additionally, it identifies challenges faced during the implementation of this approach. The method used is a literature review, analyzing relevant sources such as books and journals from the past five years. The findings suggest that the process skills approach improves students' understanding of Social Studies concepts and fosters critical thinking skills. The study also highlights solutions to the challenges faced by teachers when implementing this method.
