PENGARUH AKTIVITAS FISIK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of physical activity on gross motor development in early childhood. Adequate physical activity from an early age is very important to support optimal growth and development of children. Children's play activities can be carried out with physical activities such as sports, games and recreational activities which can further develop early childhood motor abilities (Sutapa et al., 2021). Children's motor development will affect the child's ability to establish daily activities (Rezki et al., 2023). The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and data analysis from various sources systematically. The results showed a positive relationship between physical activity and gross motor development such as the ability to throw, jump and run. Regular engagement in physical activity can improve motor skills such as muscle strength, balance and coordination.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Aktivitas fisik yang cukup sejak usia dini sangat penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak secara optimal. Aktivitas bermain anak dapat dilakukan dengan kegiatan fisik seperti olahraga, permainan dan kegiatan rekreasi yang selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik anak usia dini (Sutapa et al., 2021). Perkembangan motorik anak yang akan mempengaruhi kemampuan anak dalam menjalin kegiatan sehari – harinya (Rezki et al., 2023). Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara aktivitas fisik dan perkembangan motorik kasar seperti kemampuan melempar, melompat dan berlari. Keterlibatan dalam aktivitas fisik secara teratur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik seperti kekuatan otot, keseimbangan, dan koordinasi.
