PENGGUNAAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN IPS DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract
This study aims to reanalyze the use of audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of Social Studies in Elementary Schools. Research with the title "The Use of Audio-Visual Media on Social Studies Learning Outcomes" has been conducted extensively before. However, there has not yet been a further review of the research results that summarizes and analyzes the impact of using audio-visual media on Social Studies learning outcomes. Audio-visual media is a set of tools that combine sound and image elements, thereby instilling concrete concepts that can be seen, heard, and observed. This research method uses a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis techniques combined with library research, which involves using various supporting literature references in the data collection process without going into the field. From the research results, all studies indicate a consistent improvement in learning outcomes in the Social Studies subject at elementary schools.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar IPS di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dengan judul Penggunaan Media Audio Visual terhadap hasil belajar IPS sudah banyak dilakukan sebelumnya. Namun, belum terdapat kajian lebih lanjut mengenai hasil penelitian yang merangkum dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Media audio visual adalah seperangkat alat yang memadukan unsur suara dan gambar sehingga dapat menanamkan konsep konkret yang dapat dilihat, didengar dan diamati. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif yang dipadukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu menggunakan berbagai referensi literatur pendukung dalam proses pengumpulan data tanpa terjun ke lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan selalu adanya peningkatan hasil belajar di mata pelajaran IPS di SD.
