Abstract

The advancement of information technology has changed the marketing paradigm from traditional to digital, opening up opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to interact with customers through increasingly integrated online platforms. However, some small businesses still have difficulty using digital tools and understanding the impact of digital media in expanding their market reach. The purpose of this study is to analyze how digital marketing can be utilized to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the increasingly growing digital market. In order for MSMEs to grow faster, they need to strengthen their competitiveness, including through the use of information and communication technology to support their business activities. The research method used is descriptive and the analysis is based on data from relevant articles and journals. This study shows that digital marketing makes it easier for MSMEs to provide information and interact with consumers. By adopting digital marketing and utilizing this technology, MSMEs have experienced significant changes, such as increasing the number of consumers, sales, and expanding market reach.4.0 mini
