STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI-NILAI AKHLAKUL KARIMAH MELALUI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlaqul karimah melalui Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengkaji dokumen sekolah, observasi non-partisipatif, serta analisis kebijakan pendidikan karakter Islami tanpa melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga strategi utama yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa adalah metode keteladanan (uswah hasanah), storytelling berbasis Qashash Qur’aniyah, serta pembiasaan dan refleksi. Guru yang secara konsisten menerapkan strategi ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter, termasuk pengaruh lingkungan sosial, dampak teknologi digital, serta keterbatasan kurikulum dalam mengakomodasi pendidikan karakter berbasis pengalaman. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, direkomendasikan adaptasi strategi pengajaran melalui teknologi digital dan experiential learning guna meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan karakter Islami. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter Islami memerlukan sinergi antara guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan lingkungan sosial agar nilai-nilai akhlaqul karimah dapat tertanam dengan baik dalam kehidupan siswa.
