STUDI LITERATUR: PENDEKATAN MENGATASI ANCAMAN CYBERBULLYING MELALUI PEMBANGUNAN LINGKUNGAN AMAN SECARA DIGITAL

Abstract
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, cara orang berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi telah berubah, tetapi juga telah meningkatkan risiko seperti cyberbullying, yaitu intimidasi berulang yang dilakukan melalui platform daring. Fenomena ini sering menargetkan remaja dan dapat menyebabkan efek negatif seperti kecemasan dan depresi, yang dapat memengaruhi kehidupan sosial dan akademik korban. Pendekatan teknis saja tidak cukup untuk menangani kasus cyberbullying, meskipun teknologi seperti sistem penyaringan dan pelaporan dapat membantu. Untuk membantu orang mengelola emosi individu, membangun empati, dan mendapatkan dukungan psikologis yang memadai, dibutuhkan lingkungan digital dan emosional yang aman. Untuk membangun keterampilan sosial dan pengendalian emosi, orang tua, pendidik, dan masyarakat harus berpartisipasi aktif dalam upaya ini, terutama bagi remaja. Untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman dan sehat bagi semua pihak, ancaman cyberbullying dapat dikelola secara lebih efektif dengan menggabungkan strategi teknis dan emosional.
