Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penerapan strategi manajemen risiko SDM dapat meningkatkan kinerja OFA Cafe Bandar Setia. Fokus penelitian adalah pada identifikasi risiko SDM, analisis likelihood dan impact, serta formulasi strategi pengendalian risiko. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kasus dengan metode campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen risiko SDM yang tepat sasaran, seperti program pelatihan, peningkatan kompensasi, dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja, berdampak positif pada kinerja kafe. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen OFA Cafe dan industri F&B secara umum dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen risiko SDM yang efektif
