PENGARUH KOMITMEN, KEAMANAN, DAN PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP PERFORMA KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract
Masalah mendasar yang dihadapi sektor ketenagakerjaan Indonesia adalah rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat pendidikan yang rendah di antara angkatan kerja. Sumber daya manusia merupakan pilar penting dalam setiap organisasi dimana kegagalan seorang pemimpin dalam memberikan arahan yang jelas kepada timnya dapat berimplikasi pada penurunan motivasi dan kualitas kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak negatif pada produktivitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang berfokus pada hubungan antara komitmen kerja, keamanan kerja, pemberdayaan psikologi sebagai variabel independent. Temuan penelitian ini mendukung teori bahwa komitmen organisasi, keamanan kerja, dan pemberdayaan psikologis merupakan konstruksi yang terpisah namun saling terkait, yang secara bersama-sama berkontribusi pada kinerja individu.
